Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to manage daily operations on high-end fitting-out and interior renovation projects in Hong Kong. You will supervise on-site trades, enforce safety, ensure craftsmanship, and drive progress under tight deadlines, with shifts including nights.

The role requires 3–5 years of site supervisory experience in interior fit-out or retail shopfitting, and a valid Green Card with CWRC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of site supervisory experience in interior fitting-out, commercial renovation, or retail shopfitting projects in Hong Kong.
• Valid Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card (CWRC) are mandatory.
• TCP T1 qualification under the Buildings Department Site Supervision Plan is a strong advantage.
• Safety Supervisor Certificate is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts as dictated by site constraints (e.g., live commercial malls or occupied office buildings).
• Good command of Cantonese; basic English or Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Oversee daily fitting-out operations, manage trade workers, and coordinate sub-contractors on site.
• Shift Management: Lead assigned shifts (including regular night shifts / rest-day shifts required by mall or building management rules).
• Safety Management: Enforce site safety guidelines, carry out daily inspections, and maintain site hygiene and environmental compliance.
• Quality Control: Inspect ongoing works (carpentry, MEP interfaces, ceiling, wall, and floor finishes) to ensure alignment with approved shop drawings and specs.
• Site Reporting & Logistics: Track materials delivery, log workforce deployment, maintain daily site records, and report directly to the Site Agent / Project Manager.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of fitting-out trades, construction sequence, and site coordination.


• Languages: Good command of spoken Cantonese; basic English or Mandarin is an asset.
