Job summary

Hanison Construction Company Limited is seeking an Assistant Foreman to supervise daily construction activities in our Hong Kong sites. You will monitor workmanship progress and coordinate with subcontracted staff to meet daily targets, while ensuring accurate daily diaries and time sheets are maintained.

You will also assist in digitalizing inspection form processing. The role requires a Diploma in Building Studies or related field (preferrable) and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Studies or related field preferable.
• 2 years of construction experience may be considered for Assistant Foreman.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, energetic, responsible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities as per method statements.
• Monitor daily progress of workmanship.
• Achieve daily production targets through subcontracted staff.
• Update daily diaries & time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in digitalization of inspection form processing.

Candidate with 2 years experience in the construction industry will be considered for the position of Assistant Foreman
