Job summary

Qualifications

• Craft certificate in construction from a technical institute, or equivalent.
• Full apprenticeship or equivalent practical training in construction with at least 2 years of experience.
• At least 5 years experience in construction work.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English equivalent to Primary 6 standard.

Job description

• Assist the Supervisor with respect to the overall control of all site activities within their respective section of a project including but not limited to the progress of works, the assurance of the execution of works in accordance with the proper procedures and methods, sub-contractor management, inspection and testing, quality control, safety and environmental issues.

Job Requirements:

• A craft certificate in the field of construction from a technical institute, or equivalent; or
• Completed a full apprenticeship or other approved course of practical training in the field of construction, plus at least 2 years post-apprentice/training experience in the trade; or
• At least 5 years experience in construction work;
• Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Primary 6 standard;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Foreman.
