Job summary

CICC is seeking a seasoned FX coverage professional to identify and assess foreign exchange risk management, treasury allocation, and yield-enhancement requirements for corporate and institutional clients. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions and strategic guidance in a fast-paced markets environment.

You will provide market views, product recommendations, and transaction support based on macro conditions, monetary policy, FX trends and liquidity.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years FX-related experience at a leading financial institution.
• Experience in FX sales, derivatives sales, or institutional client services.
• Strong knowledge of FX products and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong compliance awareness and teamwork.

Job Description:

• Identify and assess the foreign exchange risk management, treasury allocation and yield-enhancement needs of corporate and institutional clients, and provide tailored solutions;
• Provide clients with market views, product recommendations and transaction support based on macroeconomic conditions, monetary policy, foreign exchange trends and market liquidity;
• Coordinate with trading, product, risk, legal, compliance and operations teams to facilitate the end-to-end execution of transactions and business initiatives;
• Participate in foreign exchange product innovation, business model development, system requirements
• Maintain client relationships and undertake other relevant duties.

Requirement:

• 3-10 years of experience in foreign exchange-related business at a leading financial institution;
• Experience in FX sales, derivatives sales, structured products or institutional client services;
• Familiarity with FX spot, forwards, swaps, options and structured products, with strong product knowledge and solution-design capabilities;
• Strong market analysis, client communication, business negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Proficiency in Bloomberg; knowledge of Python is preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Strong compliance awareness, sense of responsibility and teamwork.
