ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking Footwear Merchandising professionals across Junior Merchandiser, Merchandiser and Senior Merchandiser levels to support product development and sourcing activities across Asia.

The role offers opportunities to work closely with international teams, footwear manufacturers and development partners, contributing to creation of high-performance products from concept through commercialization.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in footwear merchandising, sourcing, product development or manufacturing.
• Candidates from sportswear, outdoor, performance footwear or OEM footwear suppliers are welcome.
• Good understanding of product development, material sourcing and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and international business environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage footwear development projects from sample stage through production.
• Coordinate with overseas product creation, development and sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Follow up on samples, costing, materials, construction and technical requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers and factories to ensure development timelines and quality standards are achieved.
• Support vendor communication, sourcing activities and supplier performance management.
• Monitor production progress and proactively resolve development or manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and product excellence.

Requirements

• Good understanding of product development, material sourcing and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and international business environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
