Job summary

Feeding Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive Food Sourcing Admin Support to assist the team in coordinating donor relations and project administration. You will help prepare decks, reports, and promotional materials, and support meetings with potential partners in a fast-paced charity environment.

The role requires fluent Cantonese and English, strong numerical skills, and a commitment to reducing food waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field; 1 year work experience in food retail/wholesale preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively in various formats.
• Good numerical and critical thinking skills.
• Fully committed to Feeding Hong Kong's mission to reduce food waste, feed charities and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Support Food Sourcing Team with research to help the organisation drive success.
• Provide admin support including creating decks, posters, reports, and promotional materials.
• Prepare for meetings with potential partners and present benefits of working with FHK.
• Assist with telemarketing, exhibitions, events and site visits.
• Coordinate with Operations and Charity teams on food donation flow.
• Help manage projects with key accounts and assist partnership development.
