Job summary

Telford International Co Ltd, established in 1982 in Hong Kong, seeks a logistics professional to drive demand planning, inventory control, and timely deliveries. You will coordinate with suppliers, intercompany teams and freight forwarders to ensure smooth stock flow across our beverage and spirits portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

High Diploma / Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain; FMCG experience is an advantage.
Progressive knowledge of supply planning or inventory management processes.
Strong analytical mind set and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Ensure stable and efficient demand planning processes by working closely with suppliers and intercompany stakeholders.
Responsible for order processing, replenishment, and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with internal parties for inventory planning, stock control and logistics arrangement.
Communicate with factories and freight forwarders to ensure efficient and prompt delivery.
Monitor S&OP process to reflect market needs and replenishment per S&OP.
Manage inbound shipments to ensure smooth, on-time stock supply; monitor warehouse stock.
Provide inventory analysis and regular reports for management.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
