Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd is seeking a hands-on Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our own and outsourced fleets in a dynamic logistics environment in Hong Kong. You will optimize vehicle deployment, scheduling, maintenance and cost controls while driving service quality and efficiency across transportation functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fleet operations or transport logistics.
• Experience with both company-owned and outsourced fleets is preferred.
• Familiar with Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong data analysis and KPI management.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage our own fleet and outsourced fleets to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate vehicle deployment, transport schedules and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor vehicle availability, fleet utilisation, delivery performance and service quality.
• Review outsourced-provider performance and follow up on service issues.
• Prepare regular reports on vehicle availability, route performance, on-time delivery, fleet utilisation and operating costs.
