Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Fixed Income trader/execution experience.
• REPO experience is required.
• Familiarity with securities market rules and mainstream trading systems.
• Strong ability to work under pressure with quick response capability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Securities qualification and knowledge of regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades across equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, REPO exposure and other securities as instructed by PMs.
• Monitor market liquidity, price movements and opportunities; provide real-time market updates and execution insights.
• Manage end-to-end trading process: price inquiry, negotiation, trade confirmation, settlement tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain and expand relationships with brokers, banks, trading platforms, and other counterparties.
• Adhere to risk control and compliance policies for all trading activities.
• Assist in transaction cost analysis (TCA), evaluation of execution algorithms, and daily trading system enhancements.
• Prepare trading-related reports and support coordination among risk, operations, and investment teams.
