Job summary

Haitong International Securities Group Limited is seeking an experienced Fixed Income Trader to execute trades across bonds, swaps, and money market instruments while managing liquidity and monitoring market movements. You will work with portfolio managers and middle/back office to ensure compliant, efficient trade execution and risk-adjusted returns.

Qualifications

2–3 years of proven experience as a fixed income trader on a buy-side or sell-side desk.
Solid understanding of fixed income products, pricing mechanics, and hedging principles.
Familiar with mainstream trading systems; proficient in Excel, VBA and Python is a plus.
Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities. Licensed for Type 9 is required.

Responsibilities

Execute trades across government bonds, corporate credit, money market instruments, interest rate swaps, and repo products.
Monitor market movements and prepare daily market commentary with strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; accurate trade capture.
