Job summary

Taikang Asset (HK) is seeking a motivated Fixed Income trader to perform best execution of trades in line with Investment Managers’ instructions. You will execute Fixed Income trades (China offshore dollar bonds, rates, LGFV, EM/DM bonds), FX and Money Market, with backup in equities and derivatives.

You will liaise with Sales, Back Office, brokers, and economists to gather market intelligence and to meet various business requirements, and provide investment-related support such as market

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of Fixed Income trading experience.
• Proficient with Bloomberg, Wind and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform best execution of trades as per Investment Managers’ instructions.
• Execute Fixed Income (China offshore dollar bond, rates, LGFV, EM/DM bonds), FX and Money Market trades.
• Back up on Equities and Derivatives trade execution.
• Liaise with Sales and Back Office to handle various business requirements.
• Liaise with brokers, sell-side analysts and economists for market intelligence.
• Provide investment-related support including market updates and model portfolio setup.
