Job summary

PERSOL is recruiting for an Assistant/Deputy Manager, Facility & Property Management in Hong Kong. The role supports a prominent banking client, coordinating fixed asset lifecycles and system enhancements, including QR/RFID tagging and comprehensive asset controls.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with at least five years in fixed asset or facility management within large organizations or banks, and is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fixed asset management, corporate administration, property management, or facility management within large organizations or banks.
• Experience with system implementation or large-scale physical inventory counts is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with banking fixed asset management workflows, depreciation, and audit compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Compliance: Formulate and revise the Fixed Asset Management Measures to align with Head Office policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Physical Inventory Count: Lead departments to conduct fixed asset counts and data cleansing to establish an inventory baseline.
• Ledge r Management: Maintain the asset ledger and reconcile with financial records and on-site fixtures.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end process of corporate fixed assets including procurement, warehousing, allocation, maintenance, disposal.
• Risk Control & Disposal: Standardize scrapping, auctioning, and eco-friendly clearance; ensure compliance.
• Public Area & Quarter Coordination: Oversee facilities/assets in public areas and dormitory/quarter supplies.
• System Implementation: Drive development of Fixed Asset Management System, including UAT and QR/RFID integration.
• Cross-Department Network: Establish Fixed Asset Liaisons network for accountability.
• Reporting & Audit: Prepare inventory reports and cooperate with audits to close gaps.
