Candidates typically hold a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s in Information Systems. Unix/Linux basics, IT equipment knowledge, and English/Mandarin/Cantonese fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Information Systems or related field.

• Basic IT/Unix/Linux knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience with IT security concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to provide hands-on system support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across products.
• Perform on-site installation and commissioning as needed.
• Handle technical inquiries and keep service systems updated.
• Monitor systems and propose improvements using new tech.
• Work with Pre-Sales to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare product demonstrations for customers.
• Define service scopes to meet customer requirements.
• Gather requirements and clarify solution frameworks with clients.
• Execute daily operations to ensure system stability.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for on-site support and escalations.
• Assist with system upgrades and enhance user experience.
