Job summary

PERSOL in Hong Kong is seeking an Event Coordinator for a short-term contract to support fintech event projects. The role focuses on proposal preparation, project pitching, and coordinating with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, manage RSVP and on-site logistics, and help execute the marketing plan on social platforms. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Canva proficiency, and immediate availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or related business field.
• 2–3 years in marketing, event, or project roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Proactive, well-organised and detail-minded.
• Proficient with Canva.
• Immediate availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the overall planning and execution of programme.
• Liaise and maintain good relations with sponsors, exhibitors, partners and stakeholders.
• Handle sponsor and exhibitor enquiries, coordinate RSVP arrangements, and provide onsite event logistics support.
• Support sponsorship fulfilment and exhibitor services to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Provide strategic advice and execute marketing plan on social media according business plan.
• Undertake administrative duties as and when necessary.
