About The Role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for both Event Management & Public Relations functions for the regional offices. Work closely with relative parties / platforms to execute markets campaigns and events; collaborate with internal team for creative ideation, production for both online & offline channels.

• Develop and propose innovative programs as initiatives for both offline& online events across the regions.
• Initiate PR projects including product and brand promotion, PR materials write-up for projects.
• Maintain relationship with the media in order to promote the brand image and products with PR angles.
• Create operational plans and ensure strict adherence to work schedules to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of events.
• Supervise all aspects of service procurement processes related to event staging, including identifying required services, defining roles and responsibilities, scoping services of vendors, engaging vendors.
• Monitor the production and logistics administration of various event promotion materials, such as publications and websites to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate and coordinate with in-house and external designers for the development and production of marketing collaterals, advertisements, souvenirs, and merchandise.
• Prepare progress reports as required.
• Undertake any additional duties or special assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Event Management / PR / Marketing.
• At least 5 years solid experience in event management / PR gained from Financial / Fintech industry.
• Capable of overseeing the complete process from concept stage, through event marketing, launch and implementation.
• An initiative, responsible and self-disciplined team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with good presentation, communication and organization skills.
• Able to deliver quality work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of written Chinese and English and attentive to details
• Travelling is required for regional event management.
