Job summary

Our client, a leading China-based bank, seeks an Assistant Manager, Digital Finance to support their team and accelerate digital initiatives in retail banking.

You will drive the digital customer journey, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate end-to-end project life-cycles to deliver measurable results. The role requires strong communication, independence, and ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail banking industry; experience in digital product development, project development, or project management is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of retail banking products and related business operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital customer journey and enhance innovation and customer experience.
• Identify, plan, and implement digital business initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the execution of innovation and enhancement initiatives throughout the project development life-cycle.
• Support the team in driving measurable digital process outcomes.
• Facilitate the digital transformation for the retail banking business.
