Qualifications

• 2–4 years as an application product manager or in solution design, preferably with banking exposure.
• Strong logical thinking with business analysis, requirement decomposition, and documentation.
• Experience in financial industry system implementation or digital project execution is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end processes with banking units to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
• Analyze and standardize business requirements per bank architecture, assess feasibility and cost.
• Serve as liaison between business and R&D teams, align technical standards, resolve obstacles, ensure delivery.
• Oversee full SDLC: development, testing, launch, and acceptance, while optimizing digital solutions.
• Stay updated on fintech trends and deliver forward-looking optimization strategies.
