Job summary

Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst-Associate, Fintech Business Analyst (Wealth Management) to lead digitalization and AI transformation of WM processes.

You will design and build workflows with cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into deliverables, and perform as PM/BA or a hybrid PM/BA. The role involves daily data analysis and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' work experience; less experienced candidates will be considered for a junior title.
• Knowledge of brokerage business and internet trading; AI framework knowledge is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Analyst-Associate, Fintech Business Analyst (Wealth Management)

Responsible for the digitalization and AI transformation of business processes within the WM Department.

Design and build workflows according to business requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams including business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology.

Perform as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or a hybrid PM/BA, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions and deliverable outcomes.

Support daily data analysis requests and develop regular data analysis reports.

Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree will be a plus);

3–5 years' work experience; less experienced candidates will still be considered for a junior title;

Knowledge in both business and technology areas. Familiar with the end-to-end processes of brokerage business and internet trading; also understand the latest technology application trends. Understanding of AI frameworks will be a plus;

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills;

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access); knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL is an advantage;

Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
