Job summary

TRINITY SYNERGY INVESTMENTS LIMITED seeks a seasoned technology leader to drive the architecture design, technical iteration and full-stack delivery for blockchain infrastructure and core fund trading systems in a Hong Kong–regulated fintech environment.

You will oversee multi-chain integration, develop high-security digital wallet architecture, and lead a team to ensure scalability, compliance with SFC rules, and strong risk control across platforms.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of solid experience in underlying R&D and architecture design of large complex systems.
• Experience in industrial high-reliability real-time control system R&D and fintech & blockchain underlying infrastructure development.
• Proven senior management experience in core system R&D for top-tier global virtual asset trading platforms.
• Familiar with Hong Kong fintech and virtual asset industry ecology, local regulatory requirements and technical risk control standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze underlying protocols of mainstream public chains, implement standardized multi-chain adaptation and technical integration, and build a unified, stable and scalable multi-chain technical architecture to support business expansion.
• Independently drive the self-development and optimization of financial-grade digital wallet architecture, and build a full-link asset risk control & security system covering asset custody, transaction verification, fund reconciliation and abnormal risk early warning.
• Optimize underlying system performance, high-concurrency governance and cross-language architecture integration, troubleshoot core and complex underlying faults, and continuously enhance system stability and security defense capabilities.
• Manage the R&D of core fund and security systems, formulate technical specifications and security standards in compliance with Hong Kong SFC virtual asset regulations, and ensure long-term compliant operation of platforms.
• Lead the technical team to deliver large-scale distributed financial system projects, balance technological innovation, system stability and risk control, and support the upgrade of business to global top-tier level.

About you
