JF Talent Consulting Group (Global) is seeking a Fintech AI Transformation Consultant for a contract role in Hong Kong. The role involves leading the AI transformation for a regulated brokerage client by building and deploying AI systems to enhance operational efficiency and client acquisition processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLM applications, API development, and data pipelines, along with strong Python skills. Familiarity with the fintech sector is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications.
• Proven experience with API development and legacy system integration.
• Demonstrable projects involving Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end AI transformation within the firm.
• Design, build, and deploy functional AI systems across operations.
• Conduct data audits and set up governance for data security.
• Build client-facing and internal AI tools to enhance efficiency.
