Meet the Bund is seeking a General Manager for its fine dining restaurant in Hong Kong. The role oversees the complete restaurant operation, drives service standards, and leads a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate brings solid management experience in luxury dining, strong leadership, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Hong Kong work eligibility is required, with preference for pre-opening or opening project exposure.

Qualifications

• Solid management experience in five-star hotels, luxury hospitality or high-end/fine dining restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of premium service standards and team leadership.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good working proficiency in English.
• Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
• Experience in restaurant pre-opening or opening projects (highly preferred).
