Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or five-star hotel environments.
• Solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine and fine dining service standards.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
