Qualifications

• Experience in fine-dining restaurants would be advantageous.
• Customer-service oriented mindset and able to deliver fantastic service in a high profile venue.
• Great presentation and conversational skills.
• Passionate about people and able to grow with your team.
• High level of energy and a good team player.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest greetings, seating, table arrangements, and basic order support.
• Keep dining floor clean, tidy, and stocked with cutlery/supplies.
• Support waitstaff with table clearing and floor maintenance during peak hours.
• Deliver dishes from kitchen to tables quickly, maintaining temperature and presentation.
• Assist with refills, clearing tables, and ensuring hygiene/safety standards.
• Respond to basic guest inquiries and help maintain smooth service flow.
