Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting within the investment management, pension fund, or financial services industry.
• CPA designation.
• Proven experience with corporate, financial, and regulatory filing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with GenAI tools and automation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead the completion of annual financial statements, including notes, in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
• Coordinate legal entity annual audits, managing timelines, deliverables, and resolution of issues with external auditors.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support timely production of financial statements within the general ledger.
• Review financial statements prepared by third-party providers for completeness and accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Own and coordinate ongoing legal entity management activities across APAC entities, including regulatory filings and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support reporting, governance, and operational objectives.
