Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Hong Kong Finance team, supporting the firm's growing operations. The role focuses on financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, and reporting for the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong English communication, and advanced Excel skills. Immediate availability is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of audit, accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting experience from a bank, securities firm, or Big 4 accounting firm.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and management reporting across Asia Pacific for the regional team.
• Prepare and analyze daily and monthly P&L reports with insights into performance and drivers.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for regional stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the SFC-licensed entity.
• Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting and maintain internal controls.
