Job summary

I AlphaMed Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a talented Accountant to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO, COO and CFO. The role focuses on daily accounting operations, ERP maintenance, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial data across the group.

You will prepare management reports, automate reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and liaise with auditors for IFRS filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintenance of the ERP system, including payment validation and month-end closing.
• Maintain and improve accounting and ERP tracking, ensuring accurate reconciliation of sales, purchases and inventory data.
• Prepare management reports and provide analysis to support decisions.
• Automate transaction reconciliations and manage international payments; handle receivables and payables.
• Liaise with external group auditors for statutory audits and tax filings (IFRS).
• Support ERP implementation or migration and other process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations andmaintenance oftheERP system, including payment validation, andmonth-end closing.

• Prepare management reports and provide analysis to support management decisions
• Abilityto automate transactionsreconciliationand arrange international paymentsvia bankand effectively managing account receivables and account payables.
• Daily bookkeeping and bookconstruction
• Strengthen internal controls, work processes improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with externalinternational groupauditors for statutory audits and tax filings(IFRS)
• Effective data management and data analytics
• Exposure to private-equity-likeworking style and groupmanagement
• Support process improvement initiatives, including ERP system implementation or migration
• Otherad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum3years of accounting-related experience.
• Qualified ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification preferred.
• Proficiencyin MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with Odoo or otherERPsystemsis highly preferred.
• Open minded,able to accept new concepts and innovation
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Detail-oriented witha strong senseof responsibility and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
