Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Finance Transformation & Technology Manager to lead regional finance process optimization. You will serve as the Asia SME for finance processes, systems, and data flows, driving automation and AI initiatives across the region.

You will design solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Python, SQL and VBA, gather requirements, manage UAT, and support end-to-end delivery with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in finance transformation, operations, or finance tech roles.
• Experience delivering finance process automation and systems improvements in a multinational setting.
• Hands-on with Power Platform, Appian, or similar low-code/no-code tech.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, VBA for automation and data analysis.
• Experience applying AI to business processes and improvements.
• Experience with finance systems, ERP, reporting tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Transformation & Technology Manager should have:

• 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, business systems, process improvement, or finance technology roles.
• Proven experience delivering finance process automation and systems enhancement initiatives within a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience building solutions using Power Platform, Appian, or comparable low-code/no-code technologies.
• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, or similar tools used for automation and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to business processes and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with finance systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and related finance technologies.
• Exposure to private equity, asset management, alternative investments, or financial services environments is advantageous.
