Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Finance Transformation & Technology Manager to lead regional finance process optimization. You will serve as the Asia SME for finance processes, systems, and data flows, driving automation and AI initiatives across the region.

You will design solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Python, SQL and VBA, gather requirements, manage UAT, and support end-to-end delivery with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in finance transformation, operations, or finance tech roles.
• Experience delivering finance process automation and systems improvements in a multinational setting.
• Hands-on with Power Platform, Appian, or similar low-code/no-code tech.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, VBA for automation and data analysis.
• Experience applying AI to business processes and improvements.
• Experience with finance systems, ERP, reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Asia subject matter expert for finance processes, systems and data flows.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives including automation, AI, and process improvement.
• Design/implement solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Python, SQL, VBA.
• Gather business requirements, manage UAT, and support end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Asia and the US to align needs with global platforms.
• Support month-end close, issue resolution, change mgmt, and user training.
