Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Finance Transformation & Technology Manager to bridge regional finance teams with global technology stakeholders in the Financial Services sector. The role emphasizes automation, AI adoption, and scalable finance tech solutions across Asia.

You will lead initiatives, design solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Python, SQL, and VBA, and support end-to-end delivery with cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, business systems, process improvement, or finance technology roles.
• Proven experience delivering finance process automation and systems enhancement initiatives in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Power Platform, Appian, or comparable low-code/no-code technologies.
• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, or similar tools for automation and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to business processes and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Asia subject matter expert for finance processes, systems, and data flows.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including automation, AI, and process improvement projects.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform, Appian, Python, SQL, VBA, or similar technologies.
• Gather business requirements, manage UAT, and support end-to-end project delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Asia and the US to align regional needs with global platforms and processes.
• Support month-end close, issue resolution, change management, and user training.
