Job summary

Chubb European Group Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Transformation professional to lead end-to-end initiatives, redesign processes, and drive automation across Finance systems. The role partners with Actuarial, Operations and IT to identify efficiencies and strengthen controls.

You will champion improvements in BAU processes, assess initiatives from multiple angles, manage projects from business case to adoption, and upskill teams on new tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation and Finance system enhancements.
• Partner with Finance teams and key stakeholders across Actuarial, Operations and IT to streamline processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Leverage strong understanding of Finance BAU processes to identify pain points, control gaps and opportunities for automation or simplification.
• Assess proposed initiatives from a Finance, process, data, control and implementation perspective.
• Manage transformation projects from business case development through implementation, testing and change adoption.
• Act as the key Finance representative in system and automation initiatives, translating Finance requirements into practical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement across financial reporting, reconciliation, planning and other Finance processes.
• Coach and upskill Finance teams on new processes, tools and ways of working.
