Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in senior finance or controllership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to align with objectives and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, including LDTI and regulatory returns.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and related accounting activities.
Manage cash flow and working capital to support financial strength.
Oversee financial systems (eBao) and ensure effective reporting processes.
