Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in management consulting, advisory or finance transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation programs in Big 4 or multinational orgs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CFO and senior executives on finance transformation strategies.
• Lead design and implementation of finance operating models and processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations on finance modernization and enterprise performance management.
• Direct end-to-end finance transformation projects delivering on scope, time, budget, and quality objectives.
