Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting a Head of Finance to lead all finance and accounting operations for the group. The role focuses on timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

You will partner with senior management, monitor KPIs and margins, review pricing and investment opportunities, and manage treasury and working capital.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience from a sizable conglomerate, multinational corporation, or listed company.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
• Demonstrated ability to support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Strong leadership with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage board-level stakeholders.
• High integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.
• Station in PRC is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily finance and accounting operations across the Group.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis activities.
• Partner with business leaders to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor business performance, profitability, margins, and key financial KPIs.
• Review pricing strategies, investment proposals, and new business opportunities.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and working capital optimization.
• Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Oversee external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Support M&A, business expansion, restructuring, and corporate development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management and provide financial recommendations to executive leadership.
• Prepare board-level financial reports and presentations.
