Job summary

Alexis Services Limited is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst on a 2-year contract to modernize financial operations through system upgrades, digital transformation, and AI-enabled modelling.

You will drive deployment of standardized financial operating models, manage data collection and reconciliation, automate processes with Power BI, Power Automate, and Python, and provide insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 3–4 years of experience in financial services or insurance sectors.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or PMO for regional finance systems is valued.
• Familiarity with IFRS frameworks.
• Proficiency in data visualization and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Python, SQL, or API integrations is an advantage.
• Proactive use of generative AI tools (Copilot) to streamline work.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and improving standardized financial operating models and core software systems.
• Support transition to digital-first solutions, integrating automation tools and AI-driven modelling.
• Manage collection, validation, and reconciliation of financial data across business units.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide executives with insights for strategic planning.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure local market submissions are accurate and timely.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose automated solutions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement RPA and other digital enhancements.
• Create documentation including technical manuals and process maps for automated workflows.
