Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an experienced Business Analyst or IT Project Manager to lead IT projects for the life insurance business in Hong Kong. The role covers end-to-end project management, documentation, progress tracking, status reporting and escalation.

You will collaborate with users, vendors and cross-functional teams to drive requirements analysis, design, development, testing and successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in Application Development.
• Experience with investment products or wealth management or sales process is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong command of Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Business Technology Manager.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and implement IT projects for Life insurance business
• Manage end-to-end project processes, including documentation, progress tracking, status reporting, and effective escalation
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, and testing
• Monitor project progress and communicate key milestones and issues to the project team
• Identify project dependencies and potential risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Troubleshoot technical problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with developers or external parties to resolve complex issues
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
