• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/BBA; CPA qualification is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, internal control and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HK & Macau regulatory requirements and internal control framework.

Responsabilités

• Formulate, review and update policies & procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with investigation on potential non-compliance issues and whistle-blowing cases.
• Liaise with Group Audit & Risk Management; maintain the corporate risk register.
• Handle corporate insurance renewals and updates; coordinate stock counts and fixed assets reviews.
• Lead treasury activities including cash flow projections and facilities management; drive process improvements and system implementations.

About our client:

Our client are currently seeking an experienced Business Risk & Compliance Assistant Manager to join their Finance team.

This is an integrated role covering control & compliance, risk management, corporate insurance, treasury and special finance projects which will help you to further widen your finance acumen, and with a potential exposure to take up wider accounting leadership role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, review and update all policies & procedures, various standards, limits of authority to ensure they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with investigation on potential non-compliance issues and whistle-blowing cases.
• Serve as a liaison with Group Audit & Risk Management.
• Maintain and update the company's corporate risk register.

Corporate Insurance:

• Handle the annual renewal and regular updates of all corporate insurances.

Accounting and Treasury:

• Coordinate and review the periodic physical stock take, fixed assets counts with accountants and operations.
• Act as one of the bank liaison persons, review and monitor all treasury activities covering cash flow projections, facilities management.
• Actively recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the Finance team.
• Lead special finance projects including but not limited to processes streamlining, system implementation, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/BBA or other related disciplines with CPA qualification is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting & treasury, internal control & compliance related disciplines, preferably from automobile/retail/FMCG industry.
• Logical thinking and strong sense and knowledge of the internal control framework and HK & Macau regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Cantonese and English, with excellent presentation skills.
