Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial industry with SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 activities.
• Good knowledge in preparing financial reports and FRR.
• Logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Finance Department, including bank reconciliations and account management.
• Perform daily accounting functions for SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 licensed activities.
• Coordinate month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports and analyses for management.
• Assist in FRR regulatory reporting according to SFO requirements.
• Contribute to accounting policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Update accounting standards in line with market and SFC requirements.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
