Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; CPA finalist preferred.
• Experience in SFC-regulated financial services and related accounting practices.
• Proficiency in SunSystems accounting system.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and assist with review processes, reporting and compliance.
• Perform full-set accounting: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliations.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist budgeting, cash flow monitoring, forecasting and annual audits.
• Handle statutory and regulatory reports including SFC FRR and other submissions.
• Participate in process improvement and finance transformation projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, regulators and external service providers.
