Job summary

PI Business Consulting Limited, a finance-focused firm serving clients across Asia, is seeking a Finance Officer for its Hong Kong office. The role covers settlement, channel calculations, and day-to-day finance operations.

You will prepare reports for local management and Singapore head office, ensure HK compliance, and work with banks and external providers. Fluency in English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 2–5 years of finance or settlement experience.
• Hands-on experience with settlement processes and revenue-share calculations.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel and common accounting/finance systems.
• Knowledge of HK financial/tax compliance basics and cross-border coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end settlement processes including trade settlement and payouts.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank payments, and basic cash management.
• Prepare financial records, journals, and ledgers per policy and standards.
• Support month-/year-end closing, budgeting, forecasting as required.
• Coordinate with Singapore team on group reporting and cross-border issues.
• Assist audit requests and identify process improvements.
