Job summary

CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Limited is seeking a seasoned finance professional to consolidate and report financials for the group and subsidiaries. The role involves managing complex accounts, ensuring HKFRS compliance, and coordinating with head office and regulatory bodies.

The candidate should have 7–10 years of relevant experience, be fluent in Mandarin and English, and proficient in Chinese writing. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• 7–10 years of experience with HKFRS; HKICPA holder preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Solid knowledge of Chinese financial institutions preferred.
• Familiar with 用友 or other accounting systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficient in Chinese writing.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial reports and analysis for the company, report to head office.
• Business related account management (including loans, bonds, stocks, seed funds, fund management underwriting, borrowing funds, etc.).
• Ensuring the licensing institution business complies with SFC requirements (Type 1, 4, 6, 9).
• Liaise with professional bodies for annual audit and banks; Liaise internally with business departments and head office.
• Consolidate and report financial indicators of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department.

Ensuring that the licensing institution business complies with SFC requirements (Type 1, 4, 6, 9)

Consolidate and report financial indicators of the company and its subsidiaries;

Requirements
