Responsibilities

• Lead group financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting activities.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including preparation of FRR returns and provide guidance to the finance team.
• Manage fee collection processes, payments, and treasury-related activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory filings for SFC licensed entities.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, regulators, and professional advisors.
• Support corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of board minutes, annual returns, and statutory filings.
• Work closely with external compliance providers to ensure adherence to SFC regulatory requirements.
• Review client onboarding documentation, account opening procedures, and KYC processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
