• Qualified accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and interpreting complex financial data.
• Experience in regulatory environments and financial services industry will be a plus.
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group finance planning, cash flow management and forecasting.
• Support in annual audits and regulatory filings for SFC type 1,4,9 licensed entities.
• Review and supervise general accounting duties of accounting team.
• Manage fee collections and payments.
• Manage relationships with external professional parties/service providers, including auditors, bankers and SFC officers.
• Assist in company secretary functions including preparing minutes, annual returns and other forms filing.
• Manage compliance matters of group's SFC Type 1,4,9 licensed entities with compliance outsource.
• Review Client account opening and KYC for SFC licensed entities.
• Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
