Job summary

The Maples Group is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its Hong Kong office. You will oversee financial reporting across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UAE, manage a local Finance team, and partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Internationally recognised accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience.
• At least 5 years' audit experience, Big Four preferred.
• At least three years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for the Hong Kong office and oversee reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage, coach and develop the local Finance team.
• Coordinate monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting and audits.
• Partner with stakeholders on finance matters and KPIs.
• Ensure policy compliance and drive process improvements.
