Job summary

Interfill, a fast-growing digital financing platform in Hong Kong, is seeking a Finance Manager reporting to the CFO. You will oversee end-to-end financial reporting, statutory audits, tax, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with senior leadership to support growth.

The role requires 4–6 years of Big 4 background, strong HKFRS/IFRS knowledge, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You will lead audits, license renewals, AML procedures, and deliver clear financial presentations

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience, Big 4 background preferred.
• Strong command of HKFRS/IFRS.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under HKFRS/IFRS.
• Lead external statutory audits and maintain internal control procedures.
• Support license renewals, AML policies, and corporate tax filings.
• Assist the CFO with financial modeling and ad-hoc analyses.
• Communicate financials to senior leadership and external advisors.

Reporting directly to the CFO in a lean finance team, this Finance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial reporting, statutory audits, tax, and regulatory compliance, while partnering closely with executive leadership to support business growth.

Job Duties:

• Drive end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under HKFRS/IFRS
• Lead external statutory audits, oversee internal control procedures, and maintain robust financial risk management
• Support company license renewals, review AML policies/procedures, and manage corporate tax filings with external representatives
• Assist the CFO with operational enhancements, financial modeling, and ad-hoc business analysis
• Collaborate across departments and deliver clear financial presentations to senior leadership and external advisors

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with a Big 4 audit background (Financial Services ideally); straight big 4 candidates in this area are welcome to apply too
• Strong command of HKFRS/IFRS
• Highly presentable, agile, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of broad duties in a lean team
• Professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
