Job summary

Skyworth is seeking an energetic Finance Manager to lead group consolidation and financial reporting from our Hong Kong corporate finance team. The role focuses on multi-entity consolidation, cross-border collaboration, and supporting corporate reporting with occasional travel to Shenzhen.

You will coordinate with HK and Mainland teams, utilize SAP and consolidation tools to improve month-end close and interact with external auditors. A strong foundation in HKFRS and HKEX rules is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or recognized equivalent professional bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, interim, and annual consolidation for multi-tier subsidiaries across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas entities.
• Support the preparation of Interim and Annual Reports and management presentations; ensure financial disclosures adhere to HKEX and HKFRS reporting requirements.
