The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Manager in Finance (Membership & Customer Excellence) to provide comprehensive financial oversight across business units. The role involves budget development, financial modelling, analyses, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Based in Hong Kong, the role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong financial governance, and collaboration with multiple departments to drive efficiency and compliance within the Club's finance

Competenze

Degree in accounting or finance with a recognized accounting qualification.
5-8 years' experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
Experience in business planning, financial analysis and reporting.
Familiar with compliance and control in financial processes.

Mansioni

Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Develop regular management reports and performance analyses for decision-making.
Conduct monthly reviews of financial performance and identify variance drivers.
Collaborate with departments to support financial planning and advisory services.
Create financial models to evaluate business scenarios and profitability.
Ensure effective financial governance and compliance with finance policies.
Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.
