Job summary

The Club in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee financial governance, budgeting, and analytical support across business units. You will develop financial models, prepare budgets, conduct analyses, and generate management reports to inform strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Finance Division, you will monitor performance, consolidate KPIs, ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, and work with departments to deliver insights and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field with a recognised accounting qualification.
• 5-8 years of experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience in business planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Familiar with compliance and control in financial processes.

About the Role

The job holder provides comprehensive financial oversight, budgetary control, and analytical support across various business units. The role is responsible for developing financial models, preparing budgets, conducting financial analyses, and generating management reports that inform strategic decision-making. The job holder also monitors financial performance, consolidates key performance indicators, and ensures compliance with corporate guidelines. The role sits within the Finance Division, a key business partner that balances oversight with support and works proactively and collaboratively to deliver insights, enable solutions, and drive financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial oversight, budgetary control, and analytical support across various business units.
• Monitor business performance and prepare budgets to ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Develop and provide regular management reports and performance analyses to support decision-making.
• Conduct monthly reviews of financial performance and identify variance drivers.
• Work closely with various departments to facilitate financial planning and provide financial advisory services.
• Create financial models to evaluate business scenarios and profitability.
• Consolidate key performance indicators to support performance monitoring.
• Ensure effective financial governance and compliance with finance policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a recognised accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in management accounting and/or financial analysis.
• Experience in business planning, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance and control in financial processes.
