Job summary

Green Power Group Limited, a Hong Kong listed company in green energy, seeks a qualified financial professional to join our group finance team. The role focuses on group consolidation, audited financial statements, budgeting and treasury reporting across subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance degree, HKICPA qualification preferred, 6 years of listed-company experience (Big 4 background advantageous), and strong Chinese and English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA is preferred).
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience; Big 4 background with listed company experience is advantageous.
• Attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently, cope with multi-tasks and strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, with good command of Mandarin.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle group consolidation and audited financial statements of individual companies.
• Assist in group interim announcements and financial reporting, annual financial statements and schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws and regulations of listed company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts of individual subsidiary and statutory audited report.
• Prepare presentation of financial performance to the management.
• Participate in the due diligence process for potential investments and assist in related corporate finance exercises.
• Oversee financial performance and internal control of all subsidiaries of the Group.
• Assist in tax reporting, support in company secretarial functions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and treasury reports.
• Ad-hoc job duties assigned by supervisor.

We are a Hong Kong Listed Company principally engaged in green power energy business, which primarily comprises the provision of AI+ electricity trading services, the provision of professional technical services for renewable energy solutions, development, design, production and sales of green power energy generation and energy storage system, and the provision of design and build solutions for building maintenance unit systems. Requirements
