Job summary

Schindler Hong Kong invites final-year students or recent graduates with an engineering degree (mechanical/electrical preferred) to join the FEDP program. You will undergo induction, then two rotations across operations departments, gaining broad exposure to installation, modernization, and field support.

Upon completion, you will start as a specialist in an operations department with potential overseas assignments, developing towards leadership roles over time.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate with an Engineering degree (mechanical/electrical preferred).
• Less than 1 year of full-time work experience.
• Willing to work at construction sites.
• Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in FEDP journey with induction and training in the first month.
• Rotate to operations departments (Existing Installation, Technical & Field Support, Modernization, New Installation).
• Undergo a second rotation in the same or another operations area during months 13–24.
• Upon completion, start a specialist role with potential overseas assignments and future leadership path.
