MatraVolt Limited is seeking a technically adept customer-facing engineer to bridge customers, commercial teams, and internal technical groups. You will help convey product capabilities, clarify applications, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure successful engagements.

The role requires clear communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, a proactive attitude to collect requirements, and close collaboration with product and project teams to translate feedback into concrete actions.

Formación

• Significant and contemporary experience in large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong coordination and follow-up ability.
• Experience in technical support, application support, or related roles.
• Proven ability to translate customer feedback into product and project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical interface between customers, commercial teams, and internal technical teams.

Requirements

• Significant and contemporary experience in / exposure to large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or above in materials, chemistry, engineering, science, or another relevant technical field.
• Relevant experience in technical support, customer-facing engineering, application support, or related roles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong coordination and follow-up ability.
